The Power Of Coupons

Service coupons drive sales.  It’s indisputable.  90% of the automotive websites have a “special offer” or “service coupon” section (although many rarely update the coupons, which is a shame). We have a library of hundreds of coupons to choose from, or create your own.  The bottom line is give the consumer a reason to act.  Coupons also reinforce your brand since the customer must hang on to your mailer until they come in for service and redeem the coupon.  We recommend an expiration date to provide a sense of urgency, usually 60 days since the newsletter is quarterly.

Targeted Mailing Lists

A quality mailing list is critical to the success of Driven, and every record is corroborated from two separate sources before it’s included in our database. A 3rd record must be received within a 10-month period to verify owner information. Hygiene is an ongoing everyday process. Sources feeding data include: Point of Sale and Service, Online Insurance Quotes, Warranty Companies, Aftermarket Repair Companies, Major Car Clubs of America.

Who We Are

MAglassesMary Ann McKinley, Vice President, is also a University of Texas advertising graduate. Mary Ann joined the company in 1987.
